Amplicon Express offers many custom library services to suite your needs. To date, we have built over 800 custom BAC libraries and are the number one source for pre-made BAC libraries in the world. We have also constructed hundreds of whole genome libraries, as well as random shotgun libraries for many satisfied clients.

In addition to creation of the bac libraries, we offer many downstream services as well including whole genome mapping, screening services including nylon filters (hybridization) and our patented Pools and Superpools™ technology. For libraries where you are looking for smaller insert sizes, we offer whole genome libraries for complete organisms, and random shotgun libraries for individual clones, which may be obtained from a variety of sources (typically a BAC, cosmid, or fosmid library).
