- Prices listed for sequencing are for one sequencing reaction with one primer. Average read lengths typically fall between 675-750 bp.
- 24hr Express Service is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Samples must be received in our lab by 12 noon to be available for this service. Amplicon Express reserves the right to process an express order as standard, without charging the express service fee.
- Discounted pricing is available for standing orders and large orders over 200 samples.
- Average read length for a sequencing reaction is 675-750 bp.
- Software basecalling refers to chromatogram trace verification by ABI software only.
- Manual basecalling refers to trace verification first by ABI software and then manual inspection by a qualified technician.
