Established in 1996, Amplicon Express Inc. is a privately held molecular biology service company based in the United States providing powerful tools in genome research and protein characterization. We are a world leader in custom BAC library construction and offer a full suite of complementing services such as BAC screening tools (nylon filters, PCR based Pools & Superpools), BAC sequencing, BAC fingerprinting, whole genome sequencing, randomly sheared shotgun libraries, and plasmid/PCR product sequencing. We also offer functional transcriptomic services that include cDNA library construction and EST sequencing. Using state-of-the-art SELDI-TOF-MS technologies, Protein Biomarker Discovery services and protein characterization are now part of our suite of services.

Our +6000 square foot facility is equipped with state of the art robotics and instrumentation and operated by a team of Scientists with a wealth of experience.
